About

LuaEclipse is a Lua IDE based on the Eclipse Platform. It is built as a plugin and extends Eclipse in several ways.

The main features are:

Syntax highlight
Content Assistant (code completion)
Laucher (code running)
Code compiling
Markers (fast navigation to errors)

This software is available under the same terms and conditions as the Lua language, that is, it can be used at no cost for both academic and commercial purposes.

A preview windows distribution is available here. This preview is targeted to Eclipse users because you need to have Eclipse properly installed to try it.

Installation
